The Board and its Committees will incorporate the feedback and actionable steps into their short-term and long-range planning. 90% of Owners are Very Satisfied Generally, the comments were positive with very few negative comments. We received over 40 comments on the “one thing” to improve IW. 50% of the comments addressed security-related and exterior building improvements.
