Office renovation (progress update)
The interior and exterior office is complete – the last remaining project is to have the shelves, desk, desktop and cabinets and ceiling fan installed.
I am anticipating moving back in the week of: Oct 18th – 22nd.
Yardarm Lottery reservations / Thanksgiving
We are now taking reservations for the Yardarm lottery system that was established at the beginning of the year for the below remaining holidays:

Thanksgiving
- Thursday, November 25th
- Friday, November 26th
- Saturday, November 27th
Reminder: One entry per each unit owner (If you own 2 units, 2 entries are allowed). Lessees are also eligible to participate while in residence.
Winner and back up are chosen and announced to all owners on Monday, October 25th.
Christmas
- Friday, December 24th (Christmas Eve)
- Saturday, December 25th (Christmas Day)
Winner and back up are chosen and announced to all owners on Thursday, November 25th.
New Years
- Friday, December 31st (New Year’s Eve)
- Saturday, January 1st (New Year’s Day)
Winner and back up are chosen and announced to all owners on Thursday, November 25th.
Non-Holiday Yard Arm Reservtions:
- All requests must go through the Office.
- An owner/lessee may request the Yard Arm no more than 90 days in advance.
In Memory of Carolyn Baker (former owner of: F-3 condo)
Carolyn Baker’s children asked me to relay that if you wish to honor Carolyn Baker, they are asking people to give to the International Children’s advisory network. There will be a scholarship set up in her name to help bring children with health issues from around the world to the annual conference.
