If you did not check the box to list it, we did not include your information
on IW website.

IW Owner survey results (per Lynne Goldman)
Thank you to all Owners who responded to the recent Indies West survey. We
had an 83% response rate which is very good.
The board is currently summarizing the results, reading all the comments and
will digest the information and suggestions.
A summary of the survey will be communicated via a separate email to all
Owners in the next month or so.
Over the next several months the board and its committees will incorporate
the feedback and any actionable steps into their short term and long-range
planning.
They thank you for your input on making Indies West the best place it can
be.
IW Entry Circle
Please make sure that you are going around the entry circle the correct way.
This week, a golf cart entered IW property thru the exit side and turned
toward beachfront. A couple of weeks ago, a golf cart coming from
beachfront going toward the marina cut thru the wrong way also.
Guests in owners absence
This is a reminder that guests staying at Indies West in an owner’s absence
are required to fill out a guest registration form and return it to the
office upon arrival.
Family/Friends that are not staying at Indies West when owners are not in
residence are NOT permitted to come to Indies West to use the amenities.
Beachfront platform NO TRESPASSING signs
Please be sure to reconnect the chain across the beach access points after
passing through it.
Those chains should be connected at all times to help us in our quest to
reduce trespassing.
