Turtle Nesting Season
May 1st officially starts Sea Turtle nesting season. The Landscaping lighting at the point is turned off. Special “lightbulbs” have been installed at the beachfront door entrances. All furniture must be removed from the beach by 9 pm at night. If you live in a beachfront unit, please close blinds or curtains to reduce the negative effect of interior lighting. Any violations could result in a fine. (See attachment)
It is important to relay this information to your guests that are staying in your condo in your absence!
Remodel/Renovations
The deadline for remodel/renovation applications is today. We currently have 5 remodeling projects that have been approved to date along with the Office expansion.
Condo remodel season = May 1 – Oct 31st. (NO EXTENTIONS WILL BE GRANTED)
Johnson’s A/C – semi-annual maintenance
Johnson’s a/c is schedule dto conduct semi-annual maintenance here at Indies West starting on Monday, May 17th. This process takes approximately 2 weeks to complete all 21 buildings.
We start with Building A and end with T & Mgr unit. I will update owners in residence as to when the techs will be expected to do the maintenance in your condo when the time nears.
Pool fence
The pool fence will be replaced next week and should only take a few days, weather permitted.
