The 2nd quarter invoice for 2021/22 season will be emailed to you by the end of next week.
The amount due is: $3,800.00 due 7/1/21.
Staff Schedule
FYI: There will be NO IW STAFF working this Saturday, May 5th.
Security hours are: 4 pm – 8 pm
Turtle Season REMINDER
REMINDER for all owners & guests, especially beachfront condos:
It is Turtle nesting season until Oct 31st. If you are coming to Indies West, or have guests coming to Indies West – please remind them of the following:
The Landscaping lighting at the point is turned off. Special “lightbulbs” have been installed at the beachfront door entrances. All furniture must be removed from the beach by 9 pm at night. If you live in a beachfront unit, please close blinds or curtains after 9:00 p.m. to reduce the negative effect of interior lighting. Any violations could result in a fine.
Arrivals/Departures
Reminder from the office – Please let me know when you are arriving or departing so we can be sure to open for arrival and also conduct routine unit checks and close upon departures.
