Loose Bricks/pavers
Please let the office know of any loose pavers or uneven bricks in your entry or in other areas that you have noticed. Please be specific on location.
Parking
Every unit owner has one parking space in their garage and is to be used for one car. If owners have 2 cars, the second car must be parked in an approved parking space. There are NOT reserved parking spaces for any owner or guest. They are on a first come, first serve bases.
All guest vehicles not parked in garage must have a parking pass displayed on dash while parked on property in designated approved parking areas. These passes are available in the Office upon request.
Per our recent Board Meeting recommendation – I will distribute a hardcopy of the parking map with rules to everyone as a reminder. If you have any questions, please let me know.

The November 9th Board Meeting minutes were approved at our recent Dec 14th Board Meeting.

4th Quarter Assessment Invoice
Reminder that 4th Quarter Assessment invoice amount of $3300 is due Jan 1, 2021 for period of 1/1/21 – 3/31/21.

IW Owners/Guests arrivals
There are a # of owners and guests traveling to Indies West for the upcoming Holiday.
We strongly encourage everyone to follow the CDC guidelines and THANK YOU for your cooperation and help to keep Indies West a healthy place to live during this time of uncertainty!
Also, reminder to keep your entryway areas picked up – do not hang towels over railings, leave shoes or items gathered outside your entryway.
IW Security hours
IW Security personnel hours have changed as of earlier this week.
The new shift = 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
The hours will be extended for both Christmas & New Year’s Holiday weekend.
