The techs will be in compliance with the CDC guidelines while in your homes. If you decide that you do not want them to come to your condo, please let me know.

Johnson’s A/C will be starting their semi-annual maintenance here at Indies West this Monday, November 9th. They typically can get 2 full buildings done per day depending on how many techs are available and assigned here.

We will be starting with Building A and work through to Building T. Therefore, on Monday – they will start with Buildings A & B, Tuesday = C & D, Wednesday, E & F, etc….

If you are in residence, the techs will knock on your door – if you are not, IW Staff will gain them access as needed.
