This information should be relayed to your guests, housekeepers, repair person, etc…..
There are a lot of owners in residence right now and we do not want to inconvenience/block in our neighbors.
2021/22 Quarterly fee schedule
Enclosed is Quarterly fee schedule for upcoming season of 4/1/21 – 3/31/22 which includes a memo from David Fey in regards to Operating Budget as well as a memo from Lynne Goldman in regards to Capital reserve.
The 1st qtr. dues are: $3,800 and due on 4/1/21. I have emailed the individual invoices to everyone earlier this week, if you did not receive it – please let me know!
Yardarm reservations/cleaning
When you reserve the Yardarm for small social gathering and use the oven, make sure you are leaving the oven clean for the next scheduled reservation. We had an unfortunate incident this week where the oven was not clean and smoked up the entire room and they were unable to use it for making their dinner.
In addition, when using the dishwasher – make sure to come back and empty it.
If you should notice that we are running out of any cleaning supplies, please let me know and I can make sure to replace the products.
