30-Day Notice / Ballot

The 30-day notice of Annual Meeting will be sent out next Friday, February 19th. There are 9 people running for 5 Board seats. Be sure to return your ballot in the small envelope marked “Ballot” and then place inside the larger return address envelope that requires your unit # and signature. It is important that I am aware of your arrivals/departures prior to next Friday as I will be hand delivering the notice to  your mailbox here at Indies West or mailing them otherwise.

Housekeepers

When scheduling housekeepers here at Indies West, please communicate the importance of:

  1. Parking in designated parking areas so that they are not blocking other owners in.
  2. Washer/dryer in garage area is shared with 3 other owners
  3. Trash can be put in our dumpster back by workshops during hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Mon – Sat) when gates are open but please do not block the entry circle to dispose of trash or put it under the gate when gate is closed

Landscaping

Renfroe & Jackson landscapers provide weekly lawn maintenance here at Indies West every Thursday starting at 8:00 a.m. – approximately 4:00 p.m.
