30-Day Notice / Ballot & Proxy’s

The 30-day notice of Annual Meeting was either hand delivered or mailed to you last Friday, February 19th.

There are a total of 9 owners running for 5 Board seats.  The Annual Meeting

If you do not plan to be present by calling in to the ZOOM Annual meeting, it is important that you complete and return this proxy so that a quorum can be obtained.

Please follow the below steps when filling out and returning your ballot & Proxys:

  • Fill out ballot and seal it inside the small envelope labeled: BALLOT (Ballots are anonymous and should not have any signatures on them)
  • Fill out Proxy and put inside the larger envelope which is already addressed to Indies West with postage stamp on it. (if mailing)
  • This proxy envelope does require your signature on the outside bottom lower corner.
  • Place sealed ballot envelope inside the same envelope for proxy & mail it back or hand deliver to my office, if you are in residence.

Swimming Pool

The weather in Naples, FL is BEAUTIFUL and so many of you are taking advantage of being outdoors enjoying the beach and swimming pool.
INDIES WEST swimming pool rules are posted in 2 areas inside the pool area and they are as follows:

BATHING LOAD:  26 PERSONS

  1. POOL OPEN DAWN TO DUSK.  (NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK)
  2. NO LIFEGUARD – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  3. SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING POOL.
  4. REMOVE SUNTAN OILS, CREAMS, ETC. WITH SOAP AND WATER BEFORE ENTERING POOL.
  5. CHILDREN UNDER TWELVE (12) MUST BE SUPERVISED AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. RUBBER PANTS REQUIRED OVER DIAPERS.
  6. PERSONS WITH SKIN DISEASE AND OPEN CUTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM POOL.
  7. POOLF OR MEMBERS, LESSEES AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY.
  8. NO RUNNING IN POOL ARA.
  9. DO NOT REMOVE OR SWIM ON LIFELINE.
  10. NO RAFTS, FLOATS, OR WATER TOYS SHALL BE PUT IN POOL UNLESS UNDER SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT.
  11. NO FOOD, DRINK, GLASS OR ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED ON THE POOL DECK.
  12. PUT UNDERLYING TOWEL ON FURNITURE WHEN USING SUNTAIN OILS, CREAMS, AND LOTIONS.

Security

Security personnel will start back up tomorrow, Saturday Feb 27th  – April 4, 4 days a week, (Thurs-Sun) Hours are 4 pm – 8 pm.
Please utilize the PARKING PASSES if you or your guests are parked in approved parking spaces, for easy identification.

Remodel/Renovations (REMINDER)
If you are planning to renovate or remodel your condo this upcoming summer, you MUST complete the “Application for remodeling” form prior to signing any contract!! This form should be completed NO LATER THAN April 30th, 2020 in order to get approval from IW Building committee. The earlier you get this information submitted, the faster a building permit will be approved.  Please know that building permits can take 4 – 6 weeks to approve once submitted.

Condo Renovation season starts May 1st and MUST be completed by Oct 31st, 2020. (No extensions beyond Oct 31st will be granted)
